All prints are packaged in a high-quality protective tube and are dispatched using a Royal Mail Insured and Signed For service.
If you are a non-UK customer the print will be sent using an International Insured and Signed for service. You will be required to accept delivery in person, or use a suitable agent on your behalf. This is an important aspect of the prints insurance, and if the item is accepted without signature the insurance will be void.
If you wish to return the print you can do so within 7 days of receipt, and you will be given a full refund once we receive the print back.
If the tube and print are damaged, either refuse to accept the item, or make sure the delivery person signs the documentation to acknowledge the damage to tube and print.
